Gunnison Valley COVID-19 Recovery Fund
Philanthropy has an important role to play in helping our community recover and we know that, among others, the nonprofit sector will be greatly affected.
We are working closely with compassionate individuals, the Emergency Management team, nonprofits and government agencies to connect resources with needs. We’re striving to remain nimble and flexible as needs change.
The CFGV Executive Committee has approved a new fund specifically for response to COVID-19. Agencies serving vulnerable populations and seeing a rise in demand for services to meet basic human needs will be top priority to receive emergency funds. Two generous couples have kick-started the fund with a gift of $100 and a gift of $15,000. No gift is too small, and the sky’s the limit!
