LeeAnn grew up in Gunnison and graduated from Gunnison High School in 1963. She holds a BA and a MA from Western State College. LeeAnn was an art teacher at the Gunnison Middle School for 30 years until she retired in 2006. She has served fellow teachers as President of Gunnison County Electric Association, and many other offices in that organization, has served on a state committee of CEA and is pleased to serve the community again on the Board of Education RE1J, which has also given her an opportunity to serve on the Community Foundation of the Gunnison Valley.
