Gary grew up in Illinois and enjoyed a 33-year career as a CPA for Ernst & Young in St Louis, Cleveland, and Dallas. Upon retirement in 2000, Gary moved to the mountains (Mt Crested Butte) to enjoy hiking, biking and skiing. Gary has served on numerous for-profit, not-for-profit, and governmental boards and committees and brings that financial and governance experience to the Community Foundation of Gunnison Valley. He is married with two children and two grandchildren.
