Cynthia Wolff Peatross is Development Director for the Crested Butte Music Festival. She is an attorney licensed to practice in the states of Texas and Louisiana. In the years of 2007, 2014 and 2017, she was selected as One of Shreveport/Bossier’s Best Attorneys by “SB Magazine.”
Now a full-time resident of Crested Butte, Cynthia has enjoyed spending summers and holidays in the valley for the past seventeen years. She has served two terms on the Board of Directors of The Center for the Arts in Crested Butte, as well volunteered for the Crested Butte Wildflower Festival. ”I am enthusiastic to serve as Development Director for the Crested Butte Music Festival, as it has been one of the highlights of my time in Crested Butte,” said Cynthia.
Previously residing in Shreveport, Cynthia was involved with a number of non-profit organizations. She served on the Board of Directors of the Shreveport Metropolitan Ballet. She was a member of the Shreveport Opera, Symphony and Little Theater Guilds. Cynthia also served as Trustee of the Shreveport Charter Foundation, which built the first two new schools constructed in Caddo Parish, Louisiana in thirty-five years.
A native Houstonian, Cynthia has a Bachelor of Science in Management from the A.B. Freeman School of Business of Tulane University and a Juris Doctor from the Paul M. Hebert Law Center at Louisiana State University. She enjoys hiking, running, paddleboarding and all types of skiing.
