Noelle Hagan lives in Gunnison and works throughout the Western Slope as an organizational capacity consultant and meeting facilitator for nonprofits and local governments. During the past decade, she has conducted strategic planning processes for recipients of Colorado Trust grants for Health Partnerships, Immigrant Integration, and Early Childhood Health Integration. Noelle served on the Montrose City Council from 2000 to 2008, including two terms as Mayor and in 1998 co-founded Passage Charter School, a small Montrose high school focused on the needs of pregnant and parenting teens and their children.
Her past public service also includes terms on the Montrose Regional Library District Board, 7th Judicial District Juvenile Planning Board, Montrose County Housing Authority, the Colorado Municipal League Executive Board, and as a member of the San Juan Regional Council, an outreach program of the El Pomar Foundation. In addition to her position on the Board of the Community Foundation, Noelle currently serves as a trustee for Western State Colorado University in Gunnison, board member for the Biery-Witt Center and as trustee for the Temple Hoyne Buell Foundation.
