Alisa is a Gunnison native; she was born in the Gunnison Valley Hospital and graduated from Gunnison High School. She earned a B.S. degree in Finance from the University of Colorado at Denver. After working in the banking industry for eight years as a commercial loan officer and branch president, Alisa returned to the Gunnison Valley upon accepting the position of commercial lines agent for Mountain West Insurance. She has two young children and feels incredibly lucky to have the opportunity to raise them in this community.
Alisa currently serves on the Gunnison Valley Health Foundation Board as well as the Gunnison Country Chamber of Commerce. Her previous volunteer experience includes six years on the Moffat County Economic Development Partnership board, Moffat County United Way, Colorado Northwestern Community College foundation and she served as a banking advisor for the Small Business Development Center.
