After teaching developmentally disabled children and adults and counseling in juvenile justice programs until the mid-1970s, Anne spent 20 years in adult education, technical training, and executive development in major corporations and the public sector and taught eight years in graduate instructional technology programs at San Francisco State University and the University of California-Berkeley Extension. She holds a BS in special education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MA in educational technology from San Francisco State.
Anne moved from San Francisco to the Gunnison area with her then-husband and daughter in 1996. Anne serves on the Boards of Junior Achievement, Gunnison Valley Cattlewomen, and Gunnison Area Restorative Practices. She is former Chair of the Board of the Gunnison Watershed RE1J School District. Currently, her passion is writing a mystery novel – she hopes for publication!
